All About the Body

Like almost everyone, I have -and still sometimes- struggles with my body.

Its shape, its weirdness, its beauty and its many particularities.

I wish we could all love ourselves just like we are. Accept and embrace the changes. Because, yes, nobody may tell you that in school, but your body will change as you grow older, whether you like it or not.

It's all normal and part of this amazing process called life.

To make the world a better place, I would like to share some of the best books that have made me feel good about myself and that I wish I had read sooner.
