All our books are final sale.
We always make sure that they are in great condition and are carefully wrapped when shipped. Therefore, we are not responsible for damaged during shipping.
However, you can always contact us (info@terrierbooks.com or Contact Us) about special circumstances and we'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping:
All our orders sent with Canada Post shipping fee (at checkout) are sent with tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

We're located at the garden floor of the Artisan's Garden (garden centre, gift & coffee shop).
You can access Terrier Books through the Artisan's Garden (when they're open) and/or through the white gate to the right of the house.
