All our books are final sale.
We always make sure that they are in great condition and are carefully wrapped when shipped. Therefore, we are not responsible for damaged during shipping.
However, you can always contact us (info@terrierbooks.com or Contact Us) about special circumstances and we'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping:
All our orders are automatically sent with tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.
FREE DELIVERY ZONE & PICK-UP OPTION:
Since we are located in Sooke, British Columbia, Canada, we offer free delivery in some area in Sooke (in a 4 kilometers radius from downtown [Evergreen Centre] & doesn't include East Sooke).
Please choose the « Pick-up in Sooke, BC » option at checkout and send any special delivery request to info@terrierbooks.com
We'll send you a confirmation by email (or phone) once your order is delivered.
If you’re outside our free delivery zone, pick-up is near the Prestige Oceanfront Resort Hotel (W Coast Rd, V9Z 0V1) in Sooke, BC. By appointement only. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to set up a date & time. Please bring your confirmation order on phone or paper.
